Is this real hormone therapy?
Yes. Our physicians prescribe estradiol, progesterone, and low-dose testosterone where appropriate, prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and matched to your bloodwork. Nothing is prescribed until a licensed physician has reviewed your labs and history.
Do I need recent labs?
Base labs are included. A licensed physician reviews your bloodwork, symptoms, and history before prescribing, and again as your plan settles. If you already have recent results, you are welcome to share them.
What does “compounded” mean?
A compounding pharmacy prepares medication to your physician’s specification, in FDA-regulated facilities. Compounded preparations are not FDA-reviewed for safety or efficacy. Your physician will discuss whether a compounded option is right for you.
Is hormone therapy right for me?
That is a conversation, not a checkout. A licensed physician reviews your history and symptoms and walks through the benefits and considerations with you. Nothing is prescribed unless it is appropriate for you.
What does it cost, all in?
Two simple parts, priced clearly. Your membership covers your clinical care — physician review, secure messaging, and ongoing adjustments — at $99 per month, or less when you pay in advance: $79/mo for 3 months, $69/mo for 6, or $59/mo for 12. Your medication is billed separately at transparent pricing you see and confirm at checkout before anything is charged. Free, discreet shipping. Monthly memberships can be cancelled any time up to 14 days before renewal.
When am I charged?
You enter your card to begin, and a licensed physician reviews your profile first. You are charged only after a plan is approved. If treatment is not appropriate, you are fully refunded and pay nothing.
How private is this, really?
Entirely. Your consultation is confidential, your record belongs to you, and your medication arrives in plain, unbranded packaging. We treat discretion as a discipline, not a feature.
